At Aerial Ovation, performance is a tool for personal growth. Students learn to overcome fear, develop presentation skills, work as a team and meet challenges with grit, dedication and hard work.
Every role matters. Whether someone shines as a featured performer or finds strength in supporting the group, each person contributes to the show and earns the pride that comes from doing difficult things well.
Competition may be part of the journey, but first place is never the only measure of success. The real goal is self-belief, expression, physical fitness and the ability to create extraordinary moments on stage.
Leadership
Aerial Crew is a group of talented young leaders developing the next generation of aerialists. Members train as performers and mentors while strengthening teamwork, collaboration and communication through the Aerial Ovation Development Program.

Junior Crew is a vibrant group of young aerialists building a strong foundation through specialized training, collaborative opportunities and regular performances as they prepare to join Aerial Crew.
